Simply go to your profile settings and click "Connect Strava Account." You'll be redirected to Strava to authorize the connection. Once connected, your running activities will automatically sync to our platform.

Yes, MyRunningStats is currently free to use. We're focused on building the best possible platform for athletes. Future premium features may be introduced, but core analytics will always remain accessible.

Yes, you can disconnect your Strava account at any time from your profile settings. This will stop new data syncing, but your existing analyzed data will remain available unless you choose to delete it.

Data syncs automatically when you trigger a sync from your dashboard. We're working on real-time syncing capabilities to ensure your latest activities are always up-to-date.
